  1. There are times when Arin misses obvious things that frustrate the hell out of me. This is not one of those times. When I first played, I didn't intuit that sulfur was in the crash fish flowers; I was looking for a mineral outcropping like he was!

Nor am I frustrated he didn't make a scanning tool, yet, 'cause he clearly JUST found the copper needed.

  2. Dan is afraid of the ocean so what does arin do? Make him play a game where you are stuck in nothing but fucking ocean.

That being said please guys remember that arin isn't mark or jack, they haven't been playing this game since prerelease… give them time. No let's player was quick when they first started

  3. GUYS, PLEASE KEEP PLAYING THIS, I KNOW IT JUST SEEMS LIKE EVERY OTHER SURVIVAL GAME, BUT THERE IS REALLY COOL PLOT, AND HUUUUUUGE CREATURES, SO PLEASEEEE PLAY IT, IT'S SO FASCINATING, AND ALSO ARIN, PLEASE CRAFT SOME FOOD AND WATER BEFORE YOU DIE.

  4. now that someone pointed out how shitty and washed out the colors are from their capture card, i can't un-see it. this game is so bright and vibrant and these videos are really not doing the game justice

  5. So, does anything interesting actually happen? Or is it just your standard survival game with the open-ocean twist? It's fine if nothing crazy happens but as a game that's probably more of a "play it yourself" kind of experience, watching this is incredibly dull and not exactly the most interesting thing in the world.

  6. It's fascinating to see how overreliance on the help of wikis makes a game's tutorial suffer. The database is cluttered and imposing. Concentrated materials that are useless at first, like ingots and lubricant are enticing for new players, and gathering sulfur from crashfish pods is unintuitive
